Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition is a true “farm to bottle” Islay single malt—made entirely from barley grown on Islay, then malted, distilled, matured, and bottled at Kilchoman. The 15th Edition is a 9-year-old release, created from a vatting of 54 ex-bourbon barrels distilled from 2014 and 2015 Islay barley harvests (Concerto and Publican).
