1. Mandatory Age Verification & Adult Signature (21+)

In compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local alcoholic beverage laws:

• Adult Signature Required: Every shipment containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult who is 21 years of age or older upon delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to the delivery carrier.
• No Unattended Deliveries: Alcohol shipments will never be left unattended on porches, doorsteps, mailrooms, or other unsecured locations.
• Adult Signature Fee: A mandatory carrier Adult Signature (21+) service fee of $6.50 is included in applicable shipping charges. This fee covers the carrier’s required age verification service.
• Delivery Refusal: Delivery may be refused if legal age verification requirements cannot be satisfied.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If no eligible adult (21+) is available after three (3) delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our fulfillment facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

• Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day.
• Order Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods, Transit Times & Costs

• Orders of $299.00 or more: FREE Standard Shipping (Use code FREESHIP, where applicable).
• Orders under $299.00: Flat shipping rate of $29.28.

Note: All alcohol shipments include the required Adult Signature (21+) service.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Barrel Ora Liquors ships alcoholic beverages only to jurisdictions where direct-to-consumer alcohol delivery is legally permitted.

Authorized Shipping

We ship to eligible U.S. states where permitted by law, including California, New York, Florida, Texas, Illinois, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and other legally authorized jurisdictions.

Restricted Destinations

We do not ship alcoholic beverages to:

• Utah (UT)
• Alabama (AL)
• Mississippi (MS)
• Kentucky (KY)
• Arkansas (AR)
• Hawaii (HI)
• Alaska (AK)
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands

Additional shipping restrictions may apply based on changes in state or local laws.

• No P.O. Boxes
• No APO/FPO military addresses
• No international shipping

5. Weather & Product Protection

To help protect the quality of premium spirits and wines, Barrel Ora Liquors may temporarily delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or freezing temperatures. If weather conditions affect your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every order is packaged using heavy-duty protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.

If your shipment arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
