Milled, mashed, fermented, and distilled on-site, the whiskey is then aged for eight full years in custom-seasoned American oak barrels, heavily toasted and lightly charred. Stored in the fluctuating Pacific Northwest climate, the whiskey gains depth, structure, and complex oak integration over time.
