Process & Profile
Waterloo Prickly Pear & Rose Gin is a bright, floral Texas gin inspired by the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Built on Waterloo’s signature gin style, this expression layers prickly pear cactus fruit, rose, and hibiscus into a bold botanical profile that is colorful, aromatic, and cocktail-ready.
Distilled in small batches and made with limestone-filtered Texas spring water, Waterloo Prickly Pear & Rose Gin brings together fruit, florals, citrus, and classic gin structure. The prickly pear adds vibrant berry-like sweetness, rose brings delicate floral lift, and hibiscus adds tart brightness. These notes sit alongside Waterloo’s familiar juniper, grapefruit, lavender, pecan, citrus, and spice character.
Bottled at 94 proof, this gin has enough strength to stand out in cocktails while still offering a smooth, refreshing profile. Expect prickly pear, rose petals, hibiscus, berry fruit, grapefruit, lavender, juniper, citrus peel, pecan, and soft spice. For customers looking for a pink gin, floral gin, Texas gin, or a refreshing bottle for spritzes and gin and tonics, Waterloo Prickly Pear & Rose Gin is a standout choice.
