The use of Ruby Port wine barrels for the finishing process introduces a distinctive layer of depth and character to the bourbon. These barrels, renowned for their bold and fruity flavors, impart subtle notes of dark cherry, blackberry, and plum to the bourbon, complementing its rich vanilla and caramel tones.
