The Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum emerges as a tribute to the tradition of rum-making, a craft honed to excellence on the islands of Trinidad. This rum is a harmonious blend of select barrels aged between three and five years, delivering a taste that resonates with authenticity and complexity. The Scarlet Ibis stands out with its robust flavors of toffee and tobacco, sweetened by a touch of dark honey, all balanced on a dry and sturdy foundation. Its character is unaltered by modern trends, offering a rum experience that is both unadulterated and proud. Whether it’s the foundation of a classic cocktail like the Corn ‘n’ Oil or the star in a simple sour, The Scarlet Ibis pays homage to its namesake, the national bird of Trinidad, representing the pure essence of its homeland.
