Process & Profile
Sipsmith V.J.O.P.—short for Very Junipery Over Proof—is a bold take on the traditional London Dry. Starting with the classic botanical recipe of Sipsmith’s London Dry, the juniper is doubled, macerated for three days, further added during distillation, and then vapor-infused through a Carter Head still. Finally, the gin is barrelled at 57.7% ABV, ensuring the flavor hits with maximum intensity.
