A timeless French aperitif, Salers Gentiane Liqueur invites a journey into the realm of rustic and firm earthy profiles. As the oldest gentian liqueur from Massif Central, the birthplace of this style, Salers stands apart with its natural straw color and less sweet, more authentic flavor. Its versatility shines through when savored with ice and lemon, paired with lemonade, or mixed into a Blond Negroni. For those seeking to experiment, its earthy base note adds a unique dimension to a plethora of cocktails. A pinch of salt enhances Salers’ herbal, tequila-like undertones, presenting another delightful aspect to explore.
Whether mixed with a sweetened lemon soda for a refreshing summer afternoon drink, or shaken with lemon juice and honey for a unique home-made cocktail, Salers lends itself to the creation of truly remarkable beverages. The magic of Salers paired with raspberries or used in a light take on a Margarita further highlights its broad appeal and adaptability.
