Tasting Notes
Nose: Elegant floral notes—honeysuckle, violet, and subtle licorice—combined with rich caramel and ripe banana.
Palate: Silky and fruit-forward, with flavors of dried apricot, butterscotch, golden raisins, and vanilla, balanced by toffee, oak spice, and light liquorice.
Finish: Smooth and lively, with lingering fruit sweetness, gentle spice, and relaxed warmth.
What Makes It Special
Made 100% from Petite Champagne, a cru known for its chalky, mineral-rich soils—designated a “fine champagne” style for its refined character.
Ages a full 7 years, exceeding the minimum VSOP requirement, adding depth and richness.
Not chill-filtered, preserving aromatic integrity and textural depth.
Exceptional value—well-received in blind tastings and scored among top VSOPs.
How to Enjoy
Serve neat or slightly chilled to enjoy its nuanced floral and spicy profile. An excellent choice for both sophisticated cocktails (like Cognac Tonic or elegant mixed drinks) and contemplative sipping.
