Aged for eight years under the unique conditions of an earthen-floor, dunnage-style warehouse, this bourbon experiences minimal proof fluctuation until later years, where a slight increase in alcohol percentage due to water evaporation makes it a robust cask strength offering. The decision to finish the aging process in used Three Chamber Rye whiskey barrels infuses the bourbon with additional sweet grains, graham cracker flavors, and a noticeable oiliness that enriches its body.
