La Cofradía Ed. Catrina Tequila Rosé Reposado is made from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico. After slow-roasting the agaves in traditional brick ovens and crushing them with a tahona wheel, the juice is distilled twice in small-batch copper pot stills. This expression is rested in lightly charred French oak barrels and then gently infused with a natural pink hue from select botanicals and red wine cask influence, creating a visually striking tequila with soft floral and fruity notes.
