Following manual harvest, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in large concrete tanks, followed by extended submerged-cap maceration and malolactic fermentation. The wine is then matured for more than 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels before additional refinement in concrete and bottling, preserving the classic elegance, structure, and freshness associated with traditional Barolo.
