The mash bill is comprised of Texas-sourced white corn, soft red winter wheat, and malted barley. The aging regime unfolds in two phases: first 4 years in new American white-oak barrels, then 4 additional years in custom-coopered French Limousin oak casks — the latter prized for their lignin content and deep vanilla-spice impact.
