Eden Mill Art of Saint Andrews 2023 is a limited annual release inspired by St Andrews and the surrounding coastline, created to showcase a more expressive, cask-driven side of the distillery’s style. This 2023 edition is the first in the Art of St Andrews collection to be lightly peated, bringing a gentle veil of smoke that frames the fruit rather than overpowering it. The whisky is matured in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez casks, then finished in premium ex–Grande Champagne cognac casks to add a creamy, elegant layer and a rounded sweetness. Bottled at 46.5% ABV, it delivers a richer mouthfeel and a longer finish that stands up beautifully as a neat pour.
