Dolin Veritable Genepy le Chamois Liqueur is a cherished alpine herbal liqueur with a legacy that extends back several centuries. Dominated by the flavor of Génépy – a small variety of artemisia often translated as “mountain sage” – this liqueur resonates with the spirit of the high mountains of Savoy, its birthplace.
The vibrant herbal and fresh nuances of Dolin Veritable Genepy le Chamois have been the heart and soul of French ski resorts and gourmet dining scenes for ages. Enjoy it on the rocks or with tonic water, or as a welcome treat after a warm, hearty fondue. This timeless liqueur has been crafted since 1821 using Dolin’s proprietary alembic still and herbs sourced from local farmers, retaining its authentic and traditional allure.
