Averna Siciliano Amaro Liqueur
Italian Amaro Liqueur | 29% ABV (58 Proof) | 750 mL
Process & Profile
Averna Siciliano is a traditional Italian amaro first crafted in Caltanissetta, Sicily in 1868. Made from a secret infusion of Mediterranean botanicals—including bitter orange, lemon peel, pomegranate, myrtle, juniper berries, rosemary, and sage—this herbal liqueur is macerated, sweetened with sugar and caramel, and aged for complexity. Bottled at 29% ABV, it’s a well-balanced digestif with an approachable flavor profile.
