The blend was crafted from 29 barrels laid down during a single distillation season—27 filled at 103 proof and 2 at 125 proof—resulting in a final batch that reached 100 proof without any dilution. Aged nearly six years in new charred American oak, this expression departs from Angel’s Envy’s hallmark finishing techniques and instead presents a straight, unadorned bourbon profile.
