Amador Whiskey Co. Chardonnay Barrel Finish WhiskeyStraight Whiskey | 43% ABV (86 Proof) | 750 mL | Kentucky & California, USA | Wheated Bourbon, Chardonnay Barrel Finish, Double Barrel Aged
Process & Profile
Amador Whiskey Co. Chardonnay Barrel Finish Whiskey is a distinctive wheated bourbon that bridges Kentucky tradition and Napa Valley innovation. Distilled in Kentucky from a mash bill of 65% corn, 20% wheat, and 15% malted barley, the whiskey first matures in new charred American oak barrels before being transferred to French oak barrels previously used to age Napa Valley Chardonnay. The wine cask influence adds creamy texture and delicate fruit undertones, creating a smooth and nuanced whiskey that highlights both bourbon depth and wine-country elegance.
