The agaves are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens and crushed using a tahona wheel to extract natural sweetness. Distilled twice in small-batch copper pot stills, this tequila is aged for over a year in carefully selected oak barrels, developing a rich complexity that balances the natural agave with warm notes of vanilla, toffee, and toasted wood.
