Blend of two lots of Fins Bois and Bons Bois cognacs aged for six to eight years.
Aged in 225-liter ‘red’ casks made of French oak, which were sent to Madeira to soak for two years with Madeira wine from the Madeira appellation.
The Madeira casks impart sweet and savory, oxidized, and rancio notes.

Initially aged separately in ‘red’ French oak casks (350-400 liters).
Selected for their exceptional organoleptic characteristics and aging potential.
The eaux-de-vie were kept from maturing too quickly to allow further development of the Madeira cask features.
