Aging Excellence and Sherry Finish:
After an initial aging period in oak casks, this Single Vintage rum undergoes a unique finishing process in sherry barrels. This technique enhances the rum with complex notes of dried fruits and subtle hints of sherry, creating a depth of flavor that is both sophisticated and distinctive.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: The rum presents a captivating dark amber hue, promising a rich and inviting experience.
Nose: The aroma is bold and balanced, featuring a luxurious blend of vanilla and caramel. This sweetness is complemented by the richness of smoked wood, coffee, and dark chocolate, followed by a vibrant bouquet of ripe fruits.
