Hailing from the elevated regions of Atotonilco, Jalisco, Cimarrón Tequila Blanco stands out as a reflection of its origins. Grown at a commanding height of 4,620′, the agave plants achieve sugar concentrations averaging between 24-26° Brix. The mastery behind Cimarrón’s remarkable profile lies in its slow, low-pressure agave roast which unveils a vibrant and pronounced flavor. Its fermentation process stays true to nature, employing winemakers’ yeast and no additives, ensuring a pure tequila experience.
