This is another small batch expression created from a blend of 14 barrels aged from 10 to 15 years old. Always OC barrel proof, this Bourbon is a silky 106.5 and really shows off her lush maturity.
Why do we love this blend? It is simply autumn in a glass! The nose takes you on a woodsy, cedar filled hike swirling with brioche and hints of roasted nuts, vanilla beans, and butterscotch. The flavors come together in a buttery, mouth coating spice box. If leather can be creamy, this is it. Macintosh apple slices dipped in cinnamon emerge and then back to soft vanilla on the long way out. Our new favorite fall journey, 2497 bottles produced.
