By submitting a transaction, you provide an absolute, binding legal representation that:

- The explicit physical recipient designated to accept and sign for the incoming cargo is also 21 years of age or older.

Barrel Ora Liquors reserves the absolute right to utilize secure, independent third-party data clearinghouses to verify customer age metrics prior to granting commercial order approval or releasing cargo from our loading docks.
